Globally recognized expert in nasal function, with over three decades of experience in the medical device industry, clinical nursing, and the US Air Force Reserves. As an educator, consultant, and VP at GM Instruments, Ltd., she holds a Doctor of Health Administration degree and three Masters degrees, contributing to medical journals and authoring several upcoming books on airway disorders and healthcare impact on nasal function. Recently acknowledged by Women We Admire, she is esteemed among the top 50 women leaders in the Washington DC area for 2022.

Her focus is on making organizations data- driven, architecturally-led, and human-centric, working collaboratively with Product, Engineering, and Enterprise Architecture to ensure the seamless delivery of personalized, intelligent, omni-channel service experiences across complex customer journeys and human/digital touchpoints. Victoria’s experience working across various industry verticals and her ability to communicate effectively with business and technical resources throughout an organization, while leveraging her technical expertise in Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML), Next Best Action, Knowledge Graphs, and Personalization, make her a dynamic and valuable resource to drive transformation and achieve results.

Donnielle Rome-Martin is an Adjunct Instructor in Rehabilitation and Regenerative Medicine (Occupational Therapy) at Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons in Manhattan, New York. She holds a MA in Creative Arts Therapies from Hofstra University and an MS in Occupational Therapy from Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons.

Her current research and publications focus on the occupational impact of rare disease on families and social determinants of health. Donnielle is an accomplished healthcare advocate and research clinician harnessing a unique perspective of the patient journey, aiming to benefit all relevant stakeholders within the pharmaceutical/biotech, rare disease, academic, and not-for-profit arenas. She is leveraging 18 years of healthcare experience and skills gained to challenge the existing conditions in healthcare.

Retired November 2022 and went on to begin a volunteering journey. My mission to give back has led me here to THNP.

I’ve 18 years' experience in marketing communications and 15 in marketing strategy. I have also been a caregiver and therefore love The Healthcare Navigation Projects mission and am thrilled to be a part of ensuring everyone has the health literacy and self-advocacy skills they will need. The healthcare sector is a nightmare to navigate. The different spokes are not connected and not enough literature out there in one depository.
