Communication. Research. Empowerment.
The Healthcare Navigation Project is a grassroots, universal and interactive nonprofit program specifically created to give all people the literacy and life skills to confidently self-advocate and navigate their own health and care.
Nonprofits, Hospitals, Pharmacies & Community Groups
We believe that health equity can only be achieved when everyone understands how to self-advocate and navigate their own health and care, not just some.
We work with hospitals, pharmacies, fellow nonprofits, and community groups.
